POLICIES

Standard Company Policies

  • Universal Impressions Inc has a minimum order of 50 SHEETS to place an order. 

  • Any order in which the customer would like to print less then 50 SHEETS needs to contact Universal Impression for pricing. 

  • Standard turn-around time on orders is 4-5 business days. 

  • All orders are quoted using Plastisol Inks. 

  • Please note, all dark colored apparel needing printing will be subject to an additional screen charge per the White Underlay (base) screen as seen fit by our design/print staff. 

  • All RUSH fees are required to be paid in full before order is processed into production. 

  • Terms are available on request and upon approval of credit applications. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. 

  • We reserve the right to under or over ship 5% on Custom Work. For example, your order was 50 sheets and received 59 sheets. In every job we include extra sheets to every order because we can have issue with our machines that won’t allow us to produce 50 sheets. That happens if registrations are wrong, a sheet was damaged by oven etc., Customers will be notified on time of order.  

Deposits & Balances Policies

  • Deposits are due at time of order.

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • We require a minimum deposit of 50% on ALL orders. 

  • Deposits can be made by cash, company check or credit card. 

  • Please note, all credit card payments will be charged a 3.5% fee on all major credit cards. 

  • Any returned checks are charged a $40 handling fee and will be charged to your account. 

Artwork Policies

  • Universal Impressions Inc requires every customer to sign off on their artwork approval before any order ever goes into production. 

  • Please pay close attention to spelling, sizing, etc., and make sure the artwork approval is what you want. Universal is not responsible for any mistakes made after approvals has been signed off on, unless your final print is different from the layout approval. 

  • If we create a logo/design for you, please note we do retain the rights of logo/design. If you would like to purchase the vector image, please notes there is a $175.00 charge. 

  • Art not supplied in print ready format, as specified in our Guidelines section, is subject to be billed at our current rate. Before any changes are done customers will be advised first before moving forward with changes. 

  • Any art preparation done is the property of Universal Impressions Inc. For example, if the art requires separations, you do not own the separated art file. That separated file is the property of Universal Impressions.
